Andrew Zimmern's Pass Visit Hits the Web

South Mississippians who attended the first Gulf Coast Seafood Boil on the Beach to watch TV chef Andrew Zimmern cook might see themselves on a national spot airing on Chefs of the Coast’s website.

The nearly five-minute video, which just landed on the Web, was shot in late January at the event hosted by Chefs of the Coast, the Mississippi Hospitality and Restaurant Association and the Pass Christian Harbor Festival Commission.

In his first visit to Pass Christian, Zimmern, host of Travel Channel’s “Bizarre Food” and “Bizarre Food America,” gets into a friendly culinary battle with Bob Taylor, chef and owner of Half Shell Oyster House.
